Payments and Invoices

The payment of the registration fee can be done as follows:

Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments.


Conference is liable for Italian VAT as it is classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organizers of the conference).
Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.


Each attendee must register separately.
Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for ascertain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be actually applied.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Italy in writing only ( The registration fees less than 50€ administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before April 15th, 2024. After this date no refund will be possible.
Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it

In the unlikely case that the Conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
